MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM 2024

The MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM (former MEDICA CONNECTED HEALTHCARE FORUM) is dedicated to drive innovation in healthcare and brings together innovators, techpreneurs, investors and healthcare experts to foster innovations, partnerships, and startups. With more than 8.500 attendees, the MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM it is the global hotspot for the latest technologies and innovations and offers a comprehensive overview of the current state of the art, new developments and what's to come in the next decade.

More than 120 speakers will present and discuss groundbreaking innovations and best practices on the forum stage in keynotes, tech talks, panel discussions and pitch sessions. Amongst the key topics of the MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM 2024 are are Generative AI, AI and big data, XR and digital twins, mobile health, 3D printing, medical connected things, and more. The forum is also the meeting place and networking platform for "Women Leaders in Healthcare".

As part of the forum, 100 selected start-ups and scale-ups will be presented in pitch sessions, including the 13^th MEDICA Start-up COMPETITION and the 16^th HEALTHCARE INNOVATION WORLD CUP finals where the Top12 Medical Start-ups 2024 and the Top12 Health Techpreneurs 2024 will compete on the stage.

Take part in the 13th edition of the MEDICA START-UP COMPETITION and present your start-up at MEDICA 2024. The competition is looking for solutions in the following categories: AI in healthcare, robotics, health apps, lab diagnostics, and others.

The solutions should be available on the market by the end of 2025 and must not have been launched before 2021. Conformity with the Medical Device Directive or an FDA Approval is not required. Besides the participation in the official finals at MEDICA, there are cash prizes and valuable business connections to be won. The Top12 Medial Startups 2024 will have the chance to pitch on stage.

The 16th HEALTHCARE INNOVATION WORLD CUP®, the globally established platform for health innovation, has been catalyzing and accelerating international health techpreneurs for more than 16 years. In the finals at MEDICA, the Top12 Health Techpreneurs present their solutions. The HEALTHCARE INNOVATION WORLD CUP® is looking for the next generation of smart health devices, medical wearables, digital biomarkers, electroceuticals, intelligent patches, and more. HealthTech and MedTech innovators worldwide are invited to take part.

The deadline for both competitions is on the September 14th, 2024. Participation is free of charge.
