The MEDICA MAIN STAGE is the central hub for addressing the major issues shaping the future of healthcare. As a forum for strategic dialogue, inspiration and networking, it brings together leading figures from the worlds of medicine, science, industry and politics. Inspiring keynote speeches, high-profile panel discussions and fresh perspectives provide guidance on the sector’s key developments and demonstrate how technological innovations can be integrated into healthcare in a sustainable and economically successful manner.

AT A GLANCE

Location: Hall 12 / E36

Date: 16–19 November 2026

Admission: Free admission with your exhibition ticket

Language: English

The focus is on topics such as artificial intelligence, resilient healthcare systems, the hospital of the future, prevention, digitalisation, leadership, new care models, and the future of diagnostics and therapy. In addition to technological developments, the event will shed light in particular on the crucial framework conditions for a successful transformation – from financing and cost-effectiveness through to change management, regulatory requirements and the acceptance of new solutions in everyday healthcare practice.

The Main Stage combines strategic perspectives with concrete examples of application, thereby bridging the gap between vision and implementation. It illustrates how innovations can be effectively implemented whilst creating sustainable added value for patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems. It is the place where the future of healthcare is discussed and shaped together.
