The new standard for electrical machines

The belt-free EcoPower scores with a compact injection unit and a cleanly designed clamping unit with a highly efficient direct drive. With the EcoPower, the braking energy of the drives, which is usually fed back into the power grid, is used entirely within the machine to supply power to the control system and for cylinder heating. This makes these machines extremely energy-efficient and sets a benchmark in terms of low energy consumption.

Another plus of the EcoPower is the user-friendly machine design. When developing the EcoPower, special attention was paid to small installation dimensions and compact integration.

The high speed machine

The EcoPower Xpress is an exceptionally fast toggle-lever machine whose main movements are driven by water-cooled servo motors. The mold height adjustment of the clamping unit is also electrically driven. A hydraulic unit with servo motor drive is used for the secondary movements.

The machine is equipped with a highly dynamic injection unit. The feed movement for injection and the screw retraction during plasticizing are driven by two arrow-toothed double racks with symmetrical force distribution.

The clamping unit of the EcoPower Xpress is a 3-platen/4-beam system with a 5-point toggle that is self-locking in the end position, with a drive combination of servo motor and rack and pinion gear. The highly stable clamping platen is guided by a carriage on linear guides and recirculating roller bearings without tie-bar contact on the base frame.

Economically perfect for small and micro parts

The main benefit of the MicroPower, in addition to its unique part quality, is its cost-effectiveness. Thanks to shorter cycle times and lower material and energy consumption, cost savings of around 30 to 50 % can be achieved compared to standard machines.

From simple small parts production to the production of precision and micro injection moulded parts, the consistently further developed all-electric MicroPower offers optimum solutions thanks to its intelligent machine concept. The concept makes it possible to expand a basic machine - starting with a simple "open-close" machine for small parts - by docking modules up to a multifunctional production cell for highly complicated micro parts.

Clean room compatible standard concept
The machine housing is designed to be easy to clean as standard. The machine can be combined with a laminar flow unit, which allows class 6 clean air according to ISO 14644-1, without any design adaptation.

COMBIMOULD
By combining two injection units side by side and using a rotary table in the clamping unit, a 2-component machine can easily be realized.

The compact big one in hybrid

The MacroPower E Hybrid consists of a modern servo-hydraulic 2-platen clamping unit combined with an all-electric high-performance injection unit with injection speeds of up to 450 mm/sec. High dynamics, precision and energy efficiency enable the production of high-precision plastic parts with lowest energy consumption at the same time. This makes this machine particularly suitable for high-cavity molds from the packaging and electronics sectors as well as technical thin-walled precision parts.

With the MacroPower E Hybrid, the clamping, ejector and nozzle movements are servo-hydraulic. A highly dynamic servo motor is used as the drive. The hydraulic pump is an electrically adjustable axial piston pump with variable displacement, which is designed to meet the performance requirements of the clamping unit. The flow rate is controlled via the motor speed or the swivel angle of the hydraulic pump.

Compact design for space-saving production

In the CM series, the tie-bar-free clamping unit has a vertical design. The configuration of the injection unit can be horizontal or vertical. The CM is equipped with servo-controlled vertical injection units from the TM and HM series for processing TPE and various conventional thermoplastics.

The CM has a tie-bar-less vertical clamping unit. There are no interfering contours in the mold area. The vertical C-frame design with two symmetrical clamping cylinders provides maximum clearance in the mould area with optimum accessibility. The CM is mainly used for overmoulding all types of connectors and cables.
