Manner - customer-oriented since 1890
Manner is a family business with a long tradition, founded as early as 1890. Manner has more than 80 years of experience in the design and production of transport rollers. The first rolls were already produced in the 1930s. Since 1974 Manner has concentrated exclusively on castor products.
Manner's basic principles have always been customer orientation and professionalism. We continuously help our customers to find solutions that meet their needs. Our flexible production model enables us to take special needs into account and our long experience guarantees the top quality of every single Manner product.
Leading castor manufacturer in the Nordic countries
Manner rolls have long been a household name in Finland. The company is the market leader in its home country and is also one of the leading castor brands in the other Nordic countries. Manner's transport trolley and apparatus rolls are also known and appreciated internationally. About 2/3 of the production is exported.
Manner's distribution network covers the whole of Finland and more than 20 other countries.
Product development is carried out close to the customers to ensure optimal adaptation to their needs. From the very beginning, the company has invested single-mindedly in quality, test procedures and design. In 1995 Manner was awarded the ISO 9001 quality certificate and in 2001 the ISO 14001 environmental certificate.
Most Manner products are manufactured in our main factory in Hanko, southern Finland. The particular strength of our factory is the injection moulding production of technical plastics.
