As a globally active company, it was important to us from the very beginning to have our finger on the pulse of the times with our products. This included early export thinking, permanent market observation, continuous improvement processes and future-oriented innovations.
All our innovations are geared to the needs of our customers. In doing so, we focus on precise functionality and maximum ergonomics - and of course at the highest level of safety and quality. This is also reflected in the award as one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany as well as the renewed nomination as German world market leader.
Social Responsibility.
As an internationally active company, we have for many years attached great importance to social commitment. In our home region, the Neckar-Odenwald district, we have for a long time focused on the targeted promotion of young talent and sport. In addition, we are committed to improving hygiene standards worldwide - for example in Cambodia. In recent years, we have repeatedly been honored with the LEA title "Socially Committed" for our support there with work stations for sterile packaging and analysis equipment, as well as for our activities in our home country.
MADE IN GERMANY.
We manufacture our products exclusively in Germany and are consciously committed to maintaining and expanding Germany as a business and production location.
In addition to securing jobs and expanding the production facilities at the Mosbach and Obrigheim sites, as a family-owned company we want to make a contribution to securing and strengthening the future viability of the local economy. For this reason, we specifically promote young talent and regularly fill apprenticeship positions.
TESTED QUALITY AND SAFETY.
Hawo's medical packaging solutions and test systems are all 'GS tested. The globally recognised GS mark certifies that the products meet the quality and safety standards of the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG for short).
FAMILY BUSINESS.
In the meantime, we are already in the second generation of entrepreneurs and rely on continuity and change in equal parts in the generation change. We still see ourselves in the role of a forward thinker who recognises future developments and translates them into innovative products. This enables us to support our customers in a particularly targeted manner in their work and also to solve individual packaging problems.
