ROBERT® is an innovative and ground-breaking robot focusing on efficient rehabilitation and early mobilization of patients. The robot offers both active resistive and assistive mobilization, and provides patients and healthcare professionals with better conditions for rehabilitation.
3 modes of mobilization: Guided (passive) The patient is getting help through the whole exercise from ROBERT®. Active (resistive) There is resistent from ROBERT® and the patient are doing the exercise themself. Hybrid (combination of Active & Guided) ROBERT® is helping the patient if he/she not are strong enough to move the leg both ways.
While the patient is doing the training ROBERT® gives audio feedback with beep sounds when every exercise is made correctly.
Precautions: • Hand-held ”pause”-button for the patient. • Treat patients up to 160 kg. • Detects spasm and adheres to the movements.
