We, Micro MIM Japan Holdings are specialised in mass production of small metal parts up to 30mm in every dimension, deploying our technology for metal injection moulding. As an international OEM company, we produce uniquely shaped parts with complicated design, ex.) integrated functions, undercut, hollow structures, thin walled body upon request, according to your drawings.
We are proud, that we can realise the high precision for serial production for every lot.
Our components are applied for precision machines for medical, dental, telecommunication purposes, and so on.
Applicable materials: stainless steel, titanium, copper, soft magnetic materials, platinum metal alloys such as platinum-iridium.
Our measurement system is certified by the international standard ISO 13485. Under the criteria, we will supply you of the components with tight tolerance and high precision.
