A novel bio-inert implant with 9-years safety record for facial deformity in human pilot study
The bio-inert implant material we have developed has numerous potentials from fillers for cosmetic applications to films or sheets for anti-adhesive measures for placement in between tissues during surgery. This product could be cut to preferred shapes and sizes by the surgeon and be placed to the apropriate plane of the body through small incisions. After a nine-year implantation study, has proven to be non-disintegrating inside human body nor provoking any foreign body reaction. Manuscript under preparation and Patent filed.
