On behalf of his client Psychomed, active for more than 30 years in the market of relaxing and mind boosting, DELTATEC industrialized an existing hardware platform and designed the embedded software of the PSIO glasses. The design implements a full USB mass-storage stack and MP3 player capabilities on a small OS-less microcontroller, focusing on low-power aspect. The application has to decode the embedded light sequence contained in the MP3 files and driving the LEDs in accordance, perfectly synchronized with the audio stream.

For the development of an innovative microscope requiring  a management electronics able to gather all the information from the microscope various sensors and to control the several actuators and pumps, Ovizio thrust DELTATEC for the design and the manufacturing of this electronics.

In the scope of the proton therapy treatment, JEMA has to develop a very high performance DC power supply. This power supply is involved in the proton beam control and has thus very strong requirements.

The innovative and cost effective solution chosen by DELTATEC is the reuse of an existing AC/DC power supply improved thanks to an efficient homemade control board. The control board includes all the signal chains necessary to monitor and control the off-the-shelf AC/DC. Thanks to all the information digitalized on the control board, DELTATEC is able to improve the initial performance of the AC/DC and to reach the customer specifications.

The fabrication is managed by DELTATEC that delivers a fully assembled and tested product.

MARS targets the development of a novel three-photon fluorescence imaging system using femtosecond excitation in the wavelength range of 1.7 μm. The corresponding mode-locked fiber-based laser source and a sophisticated control and data acquisition system has been developed as well and integrated in a multi-photon microscope. Its overall optical capabilities have been investigated and deep tissue imaging on selected biological samples have been demonstrated.

In particular, DELTATEC has developed the data acquisition system of this multi-photon microscope.

For its customer Medex, DELTATEC has designed a fully integrated control desk. The use of a fully custom membranes switches enables the design to be fully water proof. On the electronic board, several microcontroller checks continuously the health of the system and report on a CAN bus the different action of the operator.
