BPH patients arent satisfied with taking chronic BPH medication for life.
The Prostate Research Study completed by the Harris Interactive Group in 2007 showed that:
- Only about 1 in every two of the patients surveyed are satisfied with the effectiveness of their medication.1
- 77% of patients surveyed are interested in having an in-office procedure.1
- 61% of patients currently on medication would actually prefer an in-office procedure.1
Unfortunately, of those patients, 83% reported that their Urologist didnt suggest an in-office procedure as a treatment option for their BPH.1
