WITP produces polyurethane (PUR) foam products for a range of markets using state of the art foaming and reticulation technology. Our products can be provided in multiple formats including blocks, rolls, shapes and sheets. These foam products are intended for a wide range of markets including filtration, medical and industrial. We have multiple production facilities for ether and ester polyurethane foams, with a strong R&D team that easily moves between our locations.
Our S Series features cell-controlled polyester foam with a defined and uniform pore size possessing excellent filtration properties. It is thermally reticulated and is well suited for filter applications including medical, automotive and more. The E Series is a cell-controlled polyether foam which has a high resistance to hydrolysis and is thermally reticulated. A sampling of applications includes air and liquid filter, medical, ink carriers and etc.
Our foams can be an ideal component when developing a composite product. Whether it is adding a silicone to our medical foams, a PSA or flame laminating a fabric, our foams can provide added value to the finished product.
Woodbridge INOAC Technical Products is pleased to introduce our newest contribution to the foam market, High Airflow Foam (HAF). With approximately 20 times greater permeability than conventional foam, HAF with its high airflow leads to improved temperature regulation and humidity control throughout the sleep cycle allowing for a more restorative sleep experience. This breathable foam is available in 2 types of firmness to accommodate all types of sleepers. It can be placed used as a transition layer beneath the top layer or as a top layer foam. Available as buns, rolls sheets and compressed sheets it is ideal for medical bedding, residential bedding and wheelchair seats.

Medical reticulated foam is a thin membrane of polyurethane encapsulating a network of open pores. The reticulation process uses heat and pressure removing the membranes for completely open-pore foam with a skeletal structure through which fluids and gasses easily pass. The foam can be made with pore sizes ranging from 4 to 100 pores/in., void volumes of up to 98%, and surface areas up to 2,000 ft2/ft3. Pore size can be precisely adjusted for permeability control and design flexibility, as well as an aesthetic appearance.
Fine celled non-reticulated hydrophilic foams keep the polyurethane membrane together allowing fluids to be absorbed into the cell structure. With a fast wicking rate and good retention it can be key in developing medical applications.
