MGIEasy stLFR Library Prep Kit is the worlds first partition-less long fragment DNA co-barcoding library prep kit. Based on the patented DNA co-barcoding technology, that is adding the same barcode sequence to sub-fragments of the original long DNA molecule, stLFR could read the long range genetic information very accurately. With MGIs DNBSEQTM the worlds most accurate sequencing technology, stLFR enables high quality small variants calling, phasing diploid genomes, detection of structure variations and other long read applications.
The MGIEasy Cell-free DNA Library Prep Set is specifically designed for MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. This library prep set is optimized to convert cell freeDNA or 150-250bp fragmented DNA into a custom library. Combined with the MGIEasy Rapid Circularization Module, PCR products are converted into circularized single strand DNA (ssCirDNA) which can be sequenced on BGISEQ/MGISEQ sequencers. All reagents provided within this kit have passed stringent quality control and functional verification procedures, ensuring performance stability and reproducibility.
The MGIEasy Exome Universal Library Prep Set operate with gDNA followed by CovarisTM Focused-ultrasonicator fragmentation, MGI adapter ligation and amplification. The PCR product is applied to hybrid capture with MGIEasy Exome Capture Universal Set or other commercial exome capture probe. Captured product is amplified for the second time and denatured for the single stranded circle preparation which is ready for MGI high-throughput sequencing platform.
