Pregnancy Test (hCG)

What is HCG?
hCG is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by the placenta shortly after implantation. In normal pregnancy, hCG can be detected in both urine and serum as early as 7 to 10 days after fertilization. The appearance of hCG in both urine and serum soon after conception and its subsequent rapid rise in concentration during early gestational growth, make it an excellent marker for the early detection of pregnancy.

Ovulation Test (Luteinizing hormone test)

What is ovulation?
Ovulation is the release of an egg form ovary. Luteinizing hormone (LH) which stimulates ovulation is suddenly increased (LH surge) a day before ovulation. Because the few days around ovulation are the most likely time to be a pregnancy, it is very important to find the time when the woman ovulates. Urine LH detection is very helpful way to be pregnancy

Menopause Test (FSH Card)

What is Menopause?
Menopause is also known as climacteric, which is the time in a woman’s life when her menstrual periods stop and no longer able to bear children. It occurs when a woman between 45 and 55 years of age has not had a period for a year. Menopause occurs in all cisgender women.

Model name: Humasis FSH Card, Continue mid(FSH), Continue card(FSH)
The Continue Card is a test for the determination of FSH level in urine.
The test is positive when your FSH level is above 25 mIU/mL. If the test is positive, test yourself once more one week after the first test to find out if your FSH level has remained above FSH 25 mIU/mL. If your test is again positive, you may have reached menopause.
· Simple one-step menopause self test
· Result in less than 10min. with urine sample
· More than 98% accuracy
· Specimen: 3~4 droppers of urine
· Detection limit: FSH 25mIU/ml

Abnormal Pregnancy Test

What is abnormal pregnancy?
- Early Pregnancy Failure : This abnormal pregnancy occurs when there is a failure in the embryonic growth. This can be detected through an ultrasound. There are usually no symptoms of this condition except some bleeding or cramps. Inexscreen can detect your early pregnancy failure.
- Ectopic Pregnancy : This condition occurs when the fertilized egg implants outside of the uterus. 99% of the time, the egg would settle in the fallopian tubes. However, it is also possible for the egg to settle in the ovary, abdomen, or the cervix. This can be very dangerous, if the abnormal pregnancy is not detected until later, one would need surgery to remove it.
- Molar Pregnancy : This occurs when a genetic error takes place during the fertilization process, which leads to the growth of abnormal tissue within the uterus.

Model name: Inexscreen
Inexscreen is a lateral flow, solid-phase immunosorbent device designed to qualitatively detect intact hCG and hCGRP (human chorionic gonadotropin related protein) in urine. The test is a diagnostic device designed for diagnosis of pregnancy and for risk assessment of abnormal pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy or abortion) from qualitative determination of hCG structure difference in urine.
· PATENT in Korea, USA, China, and Europe!
· Simple one-step abnormal pregnancy screening test
· More than 98% accuracy
· Specimen: 3~4 drops of urine
· Detection limit: FSH 25mIU/ml
· Storage : Room temperature (4 – 25℃)
· Shelf life: 22 months

Cardiac Triple Test

What is cardiac testing?
Cardiac testing is used to help stratify patients thought to be at risk for symptomatic coronary artery disease (CAD), specifically for short-term complications such as myocardial infarction (MI) or sudden cardiac death. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a medical condition that occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted. The resulting

HBsAg Card

What is Hepatitis B Virus?
Most cases of acute viral hepatitis are caused by Hepatitis A virus (HAV), Hepatitis B (HBV), or Hepatitis C virus (HIV). HBV alone is estimated to have infected 400 million people throughout the globe, making HBV one of the most common human pathogens. Hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC), one of the most common cancers afflicting humans, is primarily caused by chronic HBV infection. The complex antigen found in on the surface of HBV is called Hepatitis B surface antigen. HBsAg appears in the patient’s blood from 4~12 weeks on average after infection and precedes onset of clinical symptoms of hepatitis.

Humasis HBsAg Card is a one step in vitro diagnostic test based on immunochromatographic assay. It is designed for qualitative determination of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in human serum or plasma specimen.
· Simple one-step HBsAg rapid test
· Blood sample: serum / plasma

HIV Test

What is HIV?
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a causative agent of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and is mainly transmitted by sexual contact. AIDS has been widespread over the world these days since HIV was discovered from Africa at first on 1981. There are 2 types of HIV which are HIV 1 and HIV 2. It is important to detect antibodies against the HIV 1/2 type for diagnosing whether the virus is infected or not. Because HIV is not an endogenous retrovirus in humans, the presence of antibodies against HIV is acceptable evidence of infection or prior exposure to this virus. It is now known that HIV is an enveloped virus that contains a positive strand RNA.

Humasis HIV 1/2 Card is a one step in vitro diagnostic test based on immunochromatographic assay. It is designed for qualitative determination of antibodies against HIV 1/2 in human serum, plasma or whole blood specimen.
· Simple one-step HIV rapid test
· Blood sample: whole blood / serum / plasma
· Excellent performance 99.5%
· Detect HIV Type 1 and Type 2
· Highly immunogenic recombinant viral proteins are used.

- p24(core protein) and gp41(envelop protein) for HIV 1

 - gp36(envelop protein) for HIV2
· Shelf-life: 18months

RSV Antigen Test

What is Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)?
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a virus that causes infections of the lungs and respiratory tract. Self-care measures are usually all that's needed to relieve any discomfort. Infection with respiratory syncytial virus can be severe in some cases, especially in premature babies and infants with underlying health conditions. RSV can also become serious in older adults, adults with heart and lung diseases, or anyone with a very weak immune system (immunocompromised).

The RSV antigen detection test is a test to quickly and accurately diagnose respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in the human nose or throat specimens.
· Simple one-step RSV Antigen rapid test
· Sample collection by nasal swab

Dengue Test

What is Dengue fever?
Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Dengue is transmitted by several species of mosquito within the genus Aedes, principally A. aegypti. As there is no commercially available vaccine, prevention is sought by reducing the habitat and the number of mosquitoes and limiting exposure to bites. The number of cases of dengue fever has increased dramatically since the 1960s, with between 50 and 528 million people infected yearly. Dengue has become a global problem and its symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles.

Humasis Dengue Antigen Test is one step in vitro diagnostic test based on immunochromatographic assay.
· Simple one-step Dengue rapid test
- IgG/IgM Test
- NS1 Antigen Test
