As the basis of our work, we harness off-theshelf, reasonably priced fabrication techniques and CMOS technology, incorporating them into innovative diagnostic systems. One important focus of our research is the integration of a variety of detection principles into a single electronic sensor to measure biological and chemical features from which full and accurate deductions can be made. We work in close conjunction with our partners to match the systems to the application, for instance by providing interfaces that are made of biocompatible materials or by accommodating the packaging. All this brings closer a future of point-of-care testing which is fast, reliable, cheap and largely automated.Competencies:
