IoT platform on diabetes combined with telemedicine centers

Plasidia offers a comprehensive and innovative range of services for diabetic patients and healthcare professionals:

  • The patient's tele-monitoring on insulin. The patient's parameters are monitored remotely, allowing a personalized professional support while adapting the treatment, without waiting for the biannual consultation with the specialist doctor. One of Plasidia's original features is its compatibility with most of the tools connected to the market;
  • Tele-expertise to enable professionals to seek the opinion of a diabetologist online and then ensure traceability of exchanges;
  • Tele-consultation to ensure the continuity at a distance of consultations between the patient and his doctor;
  • Educational supports, in free access or within the framework of a personalized plan, to allow the patient to deepen his knowledge and to evaluate them thanks to scenarios and quizzes.
