The Andalusian Health Service (SAS) through public bidding has awarded the UTE MEGAsistemas - ALTIA this project, whereby all assets of the Health Network of Andalusia in Spain is managed.
Andalucía is the most populated of Spain, with 8,500,000 inhabitants, and the second extension community with 87,000 square kilometers. It consists of 8 provinces: Sevilla, Córdoba, Granada, Málaga, Jaén, Almería, Huelva and Cadiz.
This implementation becomes the largest project so far tendered in Spain in terms of Healthcare Asset Management (Hospitals and At. Specialized and Primary).
This project with a completion period of 24 months, starting in January 2018, and will involve the implementation of Mansis in all health centers SAS. The implementation covers 14 areas of Healthcare Management spread over 8 provinces of Andalusia, and approximately 1,600 health centers, covering general hospitals, local, specialized care centers, primary health centers, warehouses and administrative buildings will be managed.
The implementation of this project, is through shared management processes MANSIS XXI , monitor all activity that takes place in schools regarding:
Heritage Management and Assets
Management of incidents
Ots management - Corrective Maintenance
Conductive, Preventive Maintenance and Technical and Legal
Management contracts with external suppliers - KPI and SLA
The project also includes integrations with other applications MANSIS SAS functionally interacting with assets such as:
Human resources management
SAS physical structure
Scadas of different hospitals, ...
