In order to attain the goal of our Quality Policy, we have established the Quality Manual which contains our Quality System, covering Design, Development, Production, Sales and Services in accordance with all the requirements specified by ISO 13485 and M.D.D. Accordingly all the personals of the company shall understand, observe and implement this Quality Manual. 

The top management of the company appoints a management representative who has the responsibility and authority for the Establishment, Maintenance and Implementation of the Quality System.
He, irrespective of other responsibilities, shall perform the general activities required for the Quality System management, promote the Quality Improvement and ensure the Quality Assurance through the continuous verification and control of the corrective action process.
Furthermore, the top management of the company shall review the Quality System at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of International Standards, the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

When any conflicts can not be solved according to the Quality Manual, the president of the company shall settle it from the customer’s point of view.
