SURGIVAL (GRUPO COSÍAS)
consists of two companies specialized in the production, marketing and distribution of implants for traumatology, prosthesis for orthopedic surgery and surgical instrumentation.
Its venture into the orthopaedic field began during the 80´s with a company known as ORBIMED
whose main activity was distributing imported products of the best companies in the world at that time, a job that we still carry out today.ORBIMED
was the origin of our business projection and helped us to learn that the combination of product quality and service excellence would enable us to reach our goals and therefore the satisfaction of our customers. The trusting link that we have created with our customers has strengthened our position in the national market.
In 1985, SURGIVAL
began in Valencia. Initially, it was created to specialize in osteosynthesis production. In 1995, ORBIMED
decided to purchase 100% of SURGIVAL
, owned by the G. Cremascoli multinational company. That was when our new stage began, leading to the following activities:

In 2007, ORBIMED
became SURGIVAL COMERCIAL
. A new sales network was created with high end offices in various cities of Spain.
The International Sales Department is based at SURGIVAL
(Valencia), our products are currently sold in the five continents and we have decided to invest in INTERNATIONALIZATION
