The medBike has been designed as a Motion Training Device. It does not matter if the medBike is used as an active home motion training device, or in Motion Therapy for people with physical limitations or wheelchair users. The medBike is safe and effective for anyone who is able to use it.

We developed the medBike in close cooperation with professional therapists, physicians and nurses: people working in the field. Their constant feed-back during the development of this concept tuned the medBike into a versatile compact sized, but very stable motion trainer. The medBike can be used from the comfort of any chair or wheelchair. For wheelchair users or patients with limited walking ability this easy access is a great comfort. And the durable transport wheels allow easy positioning.

The big 10” touch screen, with its simple and intuitive controls, is a highly valued piece of supportive equipment.

The TFT Touch console displays visual, biomechanical flowcharts that can be easily used and understood. The medBike also lets you input personal data to individualize every training session. Detailed and relevant data feedback is shown at the end of each session of Motion Therapy on the medBike.

medBike App

The medBike can be controlled remotely by a tablet (IOS or Android). Just download the app and connect to the medBike via Bluetooth®. This opens up a huge range of new inspiring features to accompany workouts. What’s more, it makes training safer for those who may need assistance without continuous physical supervision.

Once up and running, the app can remain active in the background, letting you multi-task and use the device while doing other activities during exercise sessions. This is a great feature that will keep individuals who are training at home motivated.

For medical professionals this is a useful tool as it helps improve user safety in group therapy sessions because each individual can be assisted remotely. The medBike App can control up to 8 individual medBike Motion Trainings simultaneously.
