Arc Essentia EEG

At Cadwell, we are passionate about helping you diagnose and monitor the brain.

Arc EEG is designed for quality performance in clinical practice and cerebral monitoring in the ICU, EMU and outpatient clinics.

The unique hardware design of Arc Essentia® ensures high quality EEG signals, even in noisy environments. Its rugged and water-resistant design will withstand the use and abuse of real-life clinical practice.
Arc Essentia offers two models of 32-channel EEG amplifiers with seven active and reference pairs to cover your needs:

The E1 for Routine EEG offers 250 and 500 Hz storage rates, streaming data, copy record with viewer and a robust CadReports tool. Patient setup is simple, and the intuitive software requires minimal training.

The E3 for ICU with Continuous Impedance Checking and a USB SpO2 monitor.
Product availability may vary in different countries. Please contact Cadwell for additional information.

Easy Ambulatory EEG

Easy Ambulatory EEG system is highly portable, provides great patient comfort and collects accurate, reliable EEG data which is indistinguishable from data collected in a clinic or long term monitoring unit.

Q-Video® Mobile 2 synchronizes video recordings with EEG data and allows critical video recording in any monitoring environment: the home, the laboratory or the physician’s office. This data provides a clearer picture to the clinician about the events that occur during the study. The Q-Video Mobile 2 has built-in infrared lights to allow automatic recording of video at night.

EasyNet® modules monitor oximetry, nasal pressure airflow, body position and limb movement. The EEG amplifier is completely self-contained, with all active components inside the amplifier case.

Cadwell Ambulatory products use the same software and laboratory information management system as other Easy systems and data are downloaded to an Easy work station for analysis using a standard network connection.

Cascade® IOMAX™

Cascade® IOMAX™ is a compact, robust IONM system designed to withstand daily use and the environmental hazards of the operating room. Its modular design lets users tailor each IONM setup to the specific requirements of different surgeries.

Cortical Module
Designed for recording and stimulating at or near the patient’s head, the IOMAX Cortical Module provides 16 recording channels, TCS-9 for dynamic montaging of transcortical MEPs, and Low Current, Auditory and Visual Stimulation.

Limb Module
Designed for recording and stimulating the arms and legs, the IOMAX Limb Modules offer eight recording channels, five paired E-Stim outputs, SpO2 and Heart Rate.

Base Module
The IOMAX Base Module provides power and communication via a single SafeT™ Cable to the OR table, and allows Trigger In/Out interfacing with third-party devices.

LCSwap is a comprehensive switch matrix solution for direct cortical stimulation. Twelve outputs can be independently assigned as anode or cathode; it also includes two paired outputs for hand-held probes.

SafeT™ Cables
Waterproof SafeT™ Cables are completely interchangeable between Modules and feature color-coded quick-release metal connectors. A single SafeT™ Cable connects the Base Unit to Modules at the surgical table.

About us

Company details

Helping you help others
John Cadwell, BSEE, MD saw a need for innovative and reliable neurophysiology instruments during his residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington, USA. John used his experience in electrical engineering and medicine to design the world’s first microprocessor-controlled EMG instrument.

John partnered with his brother, Carl Cadwell, DDS, and together they formed Cadwell in 1979. Throughout the years, Cadwell has grown its neurodiagnostic offerings into EEG, IONM and PSG.

Today, we employ more than 110 people at headquarters, who contribute to research, hardware design, software design, assembly, marketing, distribution, sales support, and customer support. We also have a network of sales and support representatives in the USA, and a growing international team based in China, Singapore, the Netherlands and Germany.

Made in the USA
Cadwell is proud to design, source, manufacture and support our American-made neurodiagnostic solutions.
