About us

Company details

TOKUSEN is metallic wire manufacturer in Japan. Our products are fine wire, shaped wire, straight/taper wire, torque rope, torque coil and wire products. Materials are stainless steel, nitinol, magnesium, non-magnetic alloys of titanimu or cobart-clomium alloy.

History
The history of TOKUSEN started from 1894 with the manufacturer of travellers, which are parts for spinning. In 1934, we began manufacturing spinning wire, which is a material for travellers, and since 1951 we have been mainly engaged in wire for tires. We have been trading with major global tire manufacturers in the tire wire business for many years. Through this wire business, we have developed drawing and heat treatment technologies.
Taking advantage of these technologies, TOKUSEN entered the medical industry in 2000. since entering, our wire has been adopted by major Japanese medical device manufacturers. This demonstrates that our company continues to provide products that offer high customer satisfaction.

~Support for Your Medical Device~
As a specialist of metal wires, TOKUSEN will assist you in improving the performance of your medical equipment with proposals that make full use of the characteristics of the material, fully utilizing the various processing techniques that we have developed over many years.

Certifications
TOKUSEN has permission to manufacture medical equipment in Japan, operates a QMS system, and complies with ISO 13485.
In addition, it has received ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
