Since the creation of its first clean room in 1998, PROGRESS has continued to develop its infrastructures, facilities and expertise, in terms of constraints linked to the medical sector.
Equipped with this expertise, PROGRESS is able to advise you about the choice of technology to be used, as well as providing advice during the design phase for your parts.
PROGRESS has 600m2 of clean rooms, whose categories meet the medical sector's requirements:
- 350m2 in ISO 7: moulding of liquid silicone (LSR), moulding of rubber silicone (HRC)
- 250m2 in ISO 8: silicone extrusion, cutting, blending, etc.
The premises, facilities and processes are subject to recurring redevelopment, in order to eliminate any risk of harm.
Production is ensured by competent and trained staff members to guarantee product quality and procedural compliance
