Since its founding in 1997, LLT Applikation GmbH has developed into an efficient mechanical engineering and manufacturing services company. Focused on the micro material processing we develop and manufacture laser-precision machining systems and customer-specific machines for laser welding, laser cutting, laser drilling, laser micro-structuring and for special applications. The machines are characterized by high precision and dynamics.
LLT has distinguished itself from the start in the field of laser-precision and micro machining. With our highly specialized know-how and experience in precision engineering we manufacture laser-precision machining systems in small batches and custom machinery solutions for a variety of manufacturing tasks. Our services range from development of the machine design, manufacture and installation of the systems through maintenance and service to training of your staff.
With a new company building in January 2001, large production areas with most modern working conditions have been created. 2008 a further production hall was built with 600 m2 specifically for engineering. Meanwhile we have an extensive range of machinery available with 11 different laser sources and high-performance measurement technology and technological equipment for our laser job shop and application laboratory.
LLT Applikation GmbH is an internationally operating, recognized service provider for the laser contract manufacturing and supplier for various industries including medical industries, microsystems technology, watch industry, aviation and space industry, tool industry, automotive suppliers and many others. From single pieces to mass production we produce parts with high precision.
Since 2002 LLT Applikation GmbH has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and since February 2010 according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. With the latest measuring and testing technology, we ensure a high and consistent quality standard of the products we manufacture.
