Microplate Processing Automation

We specialize in microplate processing automation, from simple tabletop units to high speed multi-function conveyors. Available
functions include: liquid handling (for coating, washing, and  blocking), incubations, drying, lid or seal application, printing text  and bar codes on frames and tabs, color coding well tops, bubble  detection, ultrasonic fill verification, weight checks, and more.
Multi-day processes can be arranged on separate conveyors to  enable parallel processing of two separate batches on the same
day or they can be combined on a single shared conveyor.

System features: one-person operation; speeds up to 1200 plates per hour; modular design,  selectable activation of stations; flexible fill, wash, and aspirate patterns; complete process data acquisition; and state-of-the-art performance and reliability.

Test Tube Processing Automation

Our test tube processing systems offer capabilities similar to our microplate processing systems. We can supply tube racks or
accommodate existing customer supplied racks. Standard modules are used on all systems. This enables having a smaller
process development machine in one department that is compatible with a larger scale system in manufacturing. It also
facilitates scaling up to larger systems in a growth environment.
Multi-day processes can be arranged on separate conveyors to enable parallel processing of  separate batches on the same day, or they can be combined on a single shared conveyor. Larger systems provide for greater speed and more features.

Custom Automation

We custom design instruments or systems to customer specification. Utilizing standardized modules,
systems are built that can be upgraded to expand with your requirements, from research and
development stages to full scale production. Equipment ranges from a single pump to multiple
function systems that can process over 100,000 containers per hour.
