APT 1 Classic

electronically controlled active/passive trainer - economic model - display of traditional APT functions - stop switch

Universal trainer for active and passive mobilisation of the upper as well as the lower limbs. This revolutionary concept makes expensive accessories superfluous. The height and the length of the crank are easily adjusted to provide a variable range of motion.

The passive mode is a powered movement at regulated speeds, for exercise of limbs that have limited or no muscle power. An unique auto-reverse feature reverses the direction in case of a muscle seizure so that the affected muscles are released.

The active mode enables a wide range of exercises, either workload dependent, where the resistance level is constant regardless of pedal speed, or isokinetic where resistance increases as speed increases.

The favourable price and the many possibilities make the APT a very profitable instrument for rehabilitation of movement and ameliorate the general condition of persons with mobility disorders.

Technical Features
  • rotation radius: 37.5 / 75 /112.5 / 150 mm
  • training angle: 15 ° / 30 ° / 45 ° / 60 °
  • speed: 20-60 RPM
  • external adapter: 24V DC
  • power supply: 100-240 V - 50/60 Hz
  • consumed power: 100 VA

Bure Rise & Go

The Bure Rise & Go is a cost-effective walker enhanced with a patented power rise function. Thanks to the electric power rise function, Bure Rise & Go becomes a combined stand-up, mobility and walking aid all in one single product.

The product consists of a walker and its associated harness and straps. Harnesses are available in different sizes (S, M, L, XL) and they are split at the rear to make e.g. WC visits easier.

The Bure Rise & Go contributes to reduced workloads and is an investment in personnel health and the patient's rehabilitation.

The walker has anatomical cushions that provide relief for shoulders, arms and the neck and shift the focus to larger muscle groups such as leg and chest muscles instead. This improves stability and makes the walker easier to steer.

Ergonomically designed handles that are steplessly adjustable in every direction for optimum individual adaptation. This is extremely important for stroke patients who can thus reach their "usual" position.

Bure Rise & Go's anatomically designed armrests can be folded out to provide the user with an easy means of reaching the handles during the standing maneuver. The washable power rise harness is designed to reach as far down across the bottom as possible. This provides optimum support which results in a natural standing action. Bure Rise & Go has four individually lockable castors as standard.

To provide extra safety, Bure Rise & Go is fitted with a stirrup to ensure the walker remains stationary during the standing maneuver. Also fitted with leg supports for a better standing maneuver, they are height adjustable and can be simply moved aside to create greater space.

There are one or two optional hand brakes that can be positioned so that the user can reach them from the walking position. The handbrakes act on the rear castors and the directional locks make it easier for the user to stay on course while walking. The walker can be used with a footplate that makes patient transits easy.

The electric components have the international protection ratings and can occasionally be used in damp areas. The Bure Rise & Go can be used by tall patients.

Technical Features
  • dimensions: width: 77 cm - depth: 92 cm - height from 97 to 137 cm
  • internal dimension armrest: from 30 to 48 cm
  • 4 lockable castors of Ø 125 cm
  • motor: 24 V - lifting capacity 2000 N
  • weight: 27 kg
  • max. user's weight: 150 kg

Life Energy

The new laser unit Life Energy is the up-to-date answer to the requests of professional therapists.

High power source
The Life Energy laser unit owns its high therapeutic performances to the use of a high power diode working both in continuous and pulsed emission. The infrared wave length of 808 nm is generally considered as the best therapeutic range. It allows to reach particular high depth of action, involving the different cell layers to implement anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions. The high power source is also able to develop a moderate thermal effect, enabling thus to obtain, when and where necessary, good vasodilatation and local hyperaemia, in combination with an early analgesic effect.

Preset programs and free memories
The Life Energy laser has a wide range of therapeutic pre-set protocols, and enough free memory to save as up to 16 customized therapeutic programs. The therapist can store own well tried parameters or parameters from clinical experiences.

Point and diffuse emission
The point emission allows transmission in a short time of high laser energy to the most reactive parts of the body. The diffuse emission is applied to obtain bio-stimulation, vasodilatation and analgesic beneficial effects on nerves, tendons and muscles and allows to treat most of all inflammatory and degenerative pathologies.

Technical Features
  • power supply: 230V ± 10% - 50/60 Hz
  • consumed power: 60 VA
  • emission: continuous and pulsed
  • energy: max. 2280 joules
  • frequency: adjustable from 10 to 6000 Hz
  • laser diode: GaAs IR: 808 nm - 1600 mW
  • memories: up to 16 free slots
  • timer: digital - acoustic signal and memory
  • safety class: class I type BF - laser: 4
  • dimensions: 190 x 180 x 150 mm
  • weight: 3 kg

Fysiopuls Automatic

The Fysiopuls Automatic is a versatile shortwave unit with an automatic tuning device, suitable for "continuous" and "pulsed" therapy.

A specially designed microprocessor controls the different parameters: adjustable intensity, continuous and pulsed mode, treatment time and patient safety system.

The unit is suitable for thermal and athermal treatments. For thermal effects and deep heating, the continuous emission is applied. Therapy in continuous mode increases the circulation and stimulates the metabolism. The continuous mode has an output of 400 W.
For administering energy and molecular activation without thermal sensation, the pulsed emission is used, for ex. in case of inflammation and presence of osteosynthetic material. The pulsed mode has a peak power output of 1000 W, the average power is much lower.

The Fysiopuls Automatic is built in a robust, elegant housing, with digitalized control panel and operation.

The unit complies with the most recent European safety norms and operates within the international allowed frequencies.

Technical features
  • functions controlled by microprocessor
  • digital output power setting
  • digital indication of the power
  • indication of modes: Continuous, P1 to P5 (pulsed)
