hamatic lift columns
The hamatic lift column steplessly raises and lowers therapy couches, operating tables and treatment chairs. Quiet-running, smooth and steadily - the low-maintenance linear actuators move the lift columns precisely to the desired position. A larger column cross-section and the rugged construction ensure maximum stability against tipping even with projecting and heavy superstructures. The telescopic drive provides lifting capacities of up to 7,000 N and reaches a maximum speed of 32 mm/s.
The hamatic lift column, which is available either as two-piece or three-piece system, is distinguished by precisely designed stroke lengths, a stable linear guide and an elegant design. The low installation height in relation to the possible lift ensures ergonomic operation and deployment of the column even in situations where space is limited.

hamatic compact linear actuators S/SH 95, S/SH 80, S/SH 56
Spindle drives of the S series with open spindle and drives of the SH series in encapsulated design are available in three different sizes with winding diameters of 56, 80 and 95 mm. Both the electronics and the construction of the drives can be perfectly adapted to your requirements. The main field of applications are in medical technology and industry.

hatronic compact DC-FI low voltage frequency inverters
The hatronic frequency inverter DC-FI can be used wherever there is a demand for powerful, dynamic and intelligent drives with positioning functions. With a switching frequency of 16 kHz, the frequency inverter operates in the inaudible range.
A customized layout as well as individual equipment variations and designs make the compact low voltage inverter into a highly flexible all-rounder. Adapted to specific application requirements, the variable speed drive system with the hatronic frequency inverter DC-FI regulates reliably and constantly hamatic linear actuators and hamatic lift columns with low voltage three-phase winding. All processes and lifting movements, e.g. in medical applications, are implemented smoothly and silently with precise positioning. The compact inverter is used, for instance, in therapy couches, treatment chairs and operating tables with outputs of up to 750 W and input voltage of 36 to 42 V DC.
The hatronic frequency inverter DC-FI is freely programmable and individually controllable – either by analog or a CAN bus system. Its configuration also includes a soft start in addition to a wide variety of other functions. To utilize high breakaway torques, a "Delta-Boost" can be added temporarily, an option which allows for achieving a higher output of up to 25% compared to the regular boost.

hamatic compact synchronous motors
Electronically commutated hamatic compact synchronous drives from HANNING are the ultimate for medical applications: so rugged and reliable like the asynchronous classic but with up to 60 % more power while maintaining the same size. And to ensure that our new premium drives precisely meet your requirements, we tune them specifically to your application in terms of drive and process technology.
Product category: Operating tables and surgery tables, Adjusting systems for medical furniture
hamatic cap DC brush motors HL 11 / HL 12
Our 24 V DC drives are an attractive alternative for pricesensitive markets. They are now available in HANNING quality. After all, we developed the hamatic cap HL 11 and HL 12 linear actuators specifically for medical applications and combine them into sophisticated drive systems, e.g. for dental chairs. With up to four drives per system – supplied with electricity and controlled by the hamatic control boxes.

hamatic cap linear actuators SL 95 / SL 80 / SL 56
The encapsulated linear actuators of the SL 95, SL 80 and SL 56 series are mainly distinguished by their compact and rugged design, the stroke lengths and traversing speeds individually adapted to an application and their powerful and low-noise operation. The actuators are suitable for operation in humid environments and high-safety applications because of their encapsulated design in protection class 2. HANNING linear actuators are absolutely maintenance free and their reliability is well established. They offer the highest operating safety possible.
HANNING develops, optimizes and produces a wide variety of individual drive solutions for centrifuge manufacturers. These drives are used in medical diagnostics, in laboratory centrifuges for quality assurance and in special applications within the environmental and food analysis.
Be it small, tabletop or floor-standing centrifuges, HANNING offers precisely adapted hamotic centrifuge drives which operate extremely fast and quietly at high speed accuracy. The drives are compact, energyefficient and equally reliable in operation. Finely tuned special motors with outputs of 50 W to 3 kW are available.
Every drive solution is adapted mechanically and electrically to installation and connection requirements during the course of precisely defined stages with the aid of an engineering process for individual drive systems. After all, the best drive can only develop its full potential when the design, speed range, performance data, functions and control system are perfectly integrated with the entire system of an application.
hamotic centrifuge motors satisfy a wide variety of customer-specific requirements. They possess, for instance, custom-tailored end plates and drive shafts or individual base and flange designs. The centrifuge drives are optionally equipped with a hatronic frequency inverter that is adapted to the given installation space. On request, encapsulated designs are also possible just like solutions with an integrated connecting flange for direct assembly.
All hamotic special-purpose centrifuge drives are available as ready-to-mount units.
