AVM - when ventilation adapts to the patient
The bellavista 1000 is impressive, not only on account of its easy user control but also because of ventilation modes such as Adaptive Ventilation Mode (AVM). This feature is a smart ventilation mode that considerably reduces the number of ventilation settings and thus relieves the user of work. By constantly measuring lung mechanics, AVM adapts breath by breath to the patient's needs - irrespective of whether the patient is being ventilated or breathing spontaneously. AVM always calculates the optimal ventilation pattern at the lowest possible ventilation pressure and supports patients safely from intubation to extubation. Combined with the unique features auto.rise and auto.sync, AVM enables safe ventilation and rapid weaning.

Additional options for all requirements
The bellavista 1000 offers additional options depending on the field of application. The NIV Advanced Suite is the response to growing demand for non-invasive ventilation. It includes very user-friendly features such as MaskFit, volume-controlled, non-invasive ventilation modes and high flow oxygen therapy. The Neonatal Suite, on the other hand, is specifically geared to the requirements of the smallest and most sensitive patients. The bellavista 1000e is the latest intensive care ventilator from imtmedical ag. It is a further development of the bellavista 1000, which is successfully established in the market. The key innovations are the glass touchscreen, which has been increased in size to 17.3", and two new features, high flow oxygen therapy and the lung recruitment tool.

Greater comfort for users and patients
All the figures and graphs can be seen very clearly on the large screen and they are presented in such a way as to maintain an excellent overview, even in complex and challenging situations.
With high flow oxygen therapy (HFOT) and the lung recruitment tool imtmedical has expanded the scope of therapy of the bellavista 1000e to include two more features. HFOT is easy to use and makes it possible to improve oxygenation with unprecedented patient comfort. Users of the lung recruitment tool, on the other hand, are able to set the optimal PEEP value in order to recruit closed lung areas. In addition, the adaptive ventilation mode (AVM) speeds up weaning and reduces the nursing staff's workload.

bellavista 1000 neo - for our most vulnerable patients
One of the biggest challenges for ventilator manufacturers is the ventilation of newborn babies. With the bellavista 1000 neo, imtmedical ag has been offering a ventilation platform specifically tailored to the needs of premature babies since 2016.

For very low tidal volumes
The bellavista neonatal option TargetVent for invasive and non-invasive ventilation uses volume-based ventilation in order to achieve shorter ventilation times and reduce lung damage. TargetVent is specifically geared to patients with a very low birth weight and it uses target volumes from a tidal volume of 2 ml upwards with an extremely high level of reliability.

Additional safety
With the biphasic, non-invasive nIPPV mode , it is possible to ventilate at high rates of up to 200 breaths per minute. nCPAP mode monitors respiratory rate and provides additional safety with an apnoea alarm. The bellavista 1000 neo always provides the user with the right tools for ventilation.

Well-conceived down to the last detail

Testing according to IEC standards
The SmartLung 2000, which has a 2000 ml bag, makes it possible to test anaesthetic machines and ventilators in accordance with IEC standards. Consequently, you can check whether a device is conforming to the standards IEC 60601-2-12, IEC 60601-2-13 and EN 794-3. The SmartLung 2000 is the same size as conventional test lungs but has an adjustable compliance and a resistance that can be varied between 5 and 200 mbar/l/s.
