i-Press Optimum is a pressotherapy device. It has been developed and is manufactured and assembled in our factory in Haute-Loire.
Pneumatic lymph drainage must be used in addition to, not instead of, other techniques. It offers practitioners an additional method of treating their patients, and an essential tool for treating oedemata. Pneumatic lymph drainage leads to decongestion, and should therefore be used before manual lymphatic drainage, whereas in other cases it may be used simultaneously, or after manual lymphatic drainage to enhance and prolong its effects. Cf. “Key to pneumatic decongestion of lymphoedema” – S. Theys

Cica-Lift, depressotherapy device, research, developed, manufactured and assembled in our factory in Haute-Loire.
Using an instrument allows manoeuvres to be totally reproducible and consistent.
This technique involves mobilising the tissues using a suction cup in which a vacuum pressure is created. It reproduces the various manoeuvres of manual massage. Their effect is enhanced by the hyperemia created by the vacuum pressure. Hyperemia causes an increase in exchanges. The suction cup is transparent, making it possible to control its action.
A pump creates the suction inside the cup. A pressure gauge changes the level of suction and controls it. This makes it possible to control the method of action and intensity of the vacuotherapy, to improve the treatment and reduce its length. The effect obtained depends on this, as well as the diameter of the suction cup used, the vacuum pressure applied, and the way the user moves the suction cup.
The suction cup therefore has different shapes and diameters. We use it to reproduce and apply standard massage techniques: palpate/roll, kneading, stretching and sliding pressure. We can also use a sequential mode: regular, programmed alternation between high and low pressure in the suction cup. This mode is appropriate for rheumatology and traumatology since the scars are very hyperemic.
Thanks to the new Cica-Lift technology, treatments are optimised by depressotherapy.
