Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just under five weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for you.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 14 October 2024.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the MEDICA online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Stand Party

Please register your evening event with us by 4 November. We will then provide security personnel and ensure that your guests are admitted outside of opening hours. To ensure that everything runs smoothly during your event from 7 pm to 10 pm, please familiarize yourself with the safety regulations at an early stage.

Stand Catering

Sit back and relax: let local catering professionals deliver hot and cold supplies right to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.

Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

WiFi

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.
