Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Matchmaking - Create a free account, start networking and arrange appointments

The Matchmaking Tool is online! Start optimally prepared for the MEDICA from 13 to 16 November 2023 with the help of the Matchmaking Tool. Among other things, you can arrange appointments for the duration of the trade fair at your stand, in one of our Matchmaking Lounges or also within the scope of virtual video meetings with exhibitors, trade visitors and end consumers.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways or footbridges. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 14 October 2024.
