We would like to cordially welcome you to our fourth up!date for MEDICA 2022! Just 6 more weeks to go to your trade fair participation now. Today we would like to inform you about the supporting services such as stand staff and catering we provide so you have your hands free during the trade fair period.

Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders for technical services received later than 17 October 2022.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. Thus, we would like to recommend you to make a visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa application can be made up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

While new appointments are opening up continously, we recommend you to check the availability multiple times a day. Best chances for an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.
Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Travelling by train
For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Stand Catering

Catering
Sit back and relax: local culinary professionals will deliver hot & cold food directly to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.
Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

Stand Manning Staff

Staff
Visitor support at your trade fair stand is a key success factor. A friendly speech and a confident demeanor will impress your guests. Find competent hostesses/hosts and qualified service staff here.
Our service partners are exclusive provider of skilled staff specifically geared to your needs. And should you require assistance with assembly and dismantling please remember to register your requirements with us by 1 November.

Waste/Disposal

Waste disposal
It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes. Order by 18 October.
