Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. Thus, we would like to recommend you to make a visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa application can be made up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.
While new appointments are opening up continously, we recommend you to check the availability multiple times a day. Best chances for an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Admission Vouchers
|
|
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the MEDICA online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible. Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival. Travelling by train
For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds
|
|
Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 17 October 2022.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.
Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.

Digitization of Parking Permits
|
|
Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post. You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.
