Welcome to the MEDICA up!date 02. As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to MEDICA and right to you.

You will find all topics and dates that are essential to the planning of your trade fair participation here in this up!date.

And to make you feel completely at home at MEDICA Messe Düsseldorf has developed officially coordinated hygiene and infection protection standards for all visitors, exhibitors and members of staff – keeping safe together.

Admission Vouchers with Codes

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport networks VRR and VRS.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the MEDICA online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Redeemed admission vouchers are 1-day tickets for a specific date and thus only valid on the day booked by the customer.

• Only a limited number of tickets is available per day.

WiFi

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.com).
