In the following months we will assist you in preparing for the trade fair with regular up!dates. Here, you will find topics and deadlines that you already need to address in your plans.

Together with Service Alliance, we offer a comprehensive array of services. Create your own carefree package by choosing from among service components that you can flexibly mix and match.

Attention: Our opening hours have changed. Please note, that in 2025 our trade fairs will be open Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to 6 pm and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Fraud Warning!

Fake stamp
Unfortunately, our exhibitors have also fallen victim to cybercrime. In these cases, fraudsters send e-mails with fake invoices or requests for payment. These fake invoices are similar in design (e.g. logos and trademarks) to invoices from Messe Düsseldorf and our service partners who work on their own account. They are sometimes difficult to distinguish from genuine invoices.
Therefore, please always check the senders e-mail address of the invoice for plausibility as well as the exact bank details, which can be found in the respective valid conditions of participation of the event or the imprint of the service partners.

Messe Düsseldorf invoices are also stored in your OOS account. An integrity check can therefore be carried out at any time.
