Welcome to the MEDICA 2021 up!date 01!

The industry will meet at MEDICA 2021 in autumn 2021. To make you feel completely at home at MEDICA Messe Düsseldorf has developed officially coordinated hygiene and infection protection standards for all visitors, exhibitors and members of staff – keeping safe together.

You will find the detailed hygiene and infection control concept for MEDICA 2021 here, together with the “Factsheet“ and the „Factsheet Stand Construction“.

We also offer you the hygiene concept as well as the icons for download in German and English language. You can use this data to inform visitors at your stand about hygiene measures.
We kindly ask you not to change the icons. You can adapt and/or translate the texts according to the individual protective measures taken on your stand. You may use the data both on your website and printed out on your stand.

In addition, we will be supporting you with your trade fair preparations with regular up!dates, in which you will find topics and deadlines that are critical to your planning now. The link takes you directly to the Online Order System, the order deadlines und the exhibitors dashboard.

Covid 19 - We are prepared

We look forward to welcoming you to MEDICA 2021 shortly!

We are perfectly prepared and promise to do our utmost to make sure our visitors and your customers can safely move about and will feel at home at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.

Find the key cornerstones of our hygiene concept in a nutshell here:
our concrete measures encompass visitor registration, which allows contact tracing. This means tickets can only be purchased online. The other core elements of our hygiene concept such as the consistent management of visitor numbers, maintaining minimum distance, mandatory wearing of face masks as well as the recommendation to wash and disinfect hands are just as important to guarantee a safe visit to MEDICA.

What needs to be considered in particular this year at MEDICA 2021?

• All participants (also during set-up and dismantling) must prove that they have tested negative or have been immunised (recovered/completely vaccinated) every day when entering the exhibition grounds.

• Masks are compulsory in the halls and rooms during the event. Medical masks, FFP2 or KN95/N95 masks (no face shields/fabric masks) are permitted. Masks are compulsory during assembly and dismantling whenever the minimum distance of 1.5 m cannot be maintained.

Of course, the hygiene and infection protection concept of Messe Düsseldorf is not cast in stone! In accordance with future developments and legal requirements, we will continuously update the concept and our information offerings and thus keep them up to date.

Advertising in the trade fair media

A basic entry in the digital and printed media including your hall and stand number is already included in your media fee. We provide media services so that you can clearly present your company, products and solutions to fair visitors. By doing so, you can polish your image while making it easier for potential clients to find and contact you.

You can view all media options in the new Online Order System and can place orders until the deadline on 08 September 2021.

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular.
