Welcome to MEDICA 2021 – Important information for exhibitors

We are pleased to welcome you at MEDICA 2021.

The MEDICA team will be happy to assist you during the entire duration of the trade fair and is located on the ground floor of the Messe Düsseldorf Administrative Tower at the Exhibition Centre.

• You will find your personal copy of the trade show catalogue at your booth on the first day.
• During the trade fair, exhibitors can use their exhibitor pass to access the Exhibition Venue from 8:30 am. In addition, the exhibitor pass is valid as public transportation round-trip ticket to and from the exhibition venue for the transport networks Verkehrsverbund Rhein Ruhr/VRR (covering the greater Düsseldorf region and the Ruhr area) and Verkehrsverbund Rhein Sieg/VRS (covering the area of Cologne and Bonn); this eligibility extends as well to the two days before and the two days after the trade fair.

  Please do not forget to redeem the exhibitor code before your arrival!

• As an exhibitor, you also have the option of receiving an admission wristband for the entire event period after the first access control, if you are vaccinated or have recovered. By wearing this wristband, you can pass through the checkpoints on all days without waiting long.
• These traffic regulations are in place at running time.
• Dismantling instructions for all halls: 18th Nov. 2021 from 18:00 pm continuously day and night until 22th Nov. 2021, 4:00 pm. Please find further informationen here.
• In the interest of all exhibitors, we ask that you refrain from loud presentations at your stand.
• If a person touches your exhibited items without your consent, you have the right to expel this person from your stand (right of owner to undisturbed possession of premises). You also have the right to prohibit photography at your stand. If anyone is taking pictures of your exhibited items without your consent from outside your stand, please inform the police, if necessary, by calling +49 211 4560-420 or +49 211 870-9230. Messe Düsseldorf does not have the legal right to seize the recording device (camera, mobile phone, memory card etc.).

• Please take care of your personal valuables and never leave bags, suitcases, clothes as well as PCs/ laptops/ tablets and large screens unattended!
