The 15th MEDICA START-UP COMPETITION offers startups an exclusive platform to present forward-looking innovations at MEDICA 2026. We are seeking solutions in the fields of AI in medicine, robotics, laboratory diagnostics, resilience (including cybersecurity), and other innovative approaches in the field of digital health.

The "Top Medical Start-ups 2026" will present their solutions on Tuesday, 17 November, during the pitch finals on the MEDICA Start-up STAGE. Winners will benefit from free international marketing, visibility across all MEDICA channels, prize money totaling 3,500 euros, networking opportunities with potential investors and business partners, and the chance to exchange ideas with industry experts.

Following the event, the MEDICA Start-up Night offers the ideal setting for discussion, networking, and making new connections.
