For 19 years, the Innovation World Cup® has been the international platform for advancing healthcare innovations worldwide and connecting health tech entrepreneurs with corporate and investment contacts.

The 19th HEALTHCARE INNOVATION WORLD CUP® is aimed at techpreneurs with solutions in the field of modern health technologies.

We are looking for, among other things, smart medical devices, wearables, XR applications, digital biomarkers, electroceuticals, smart patches, and more. HealthTech and MedTech innovators from around the world are invited to submit and present their developments.

The "Top Healthcare Techpreneurs 2026" will have the opportunity to give a live pitch during the finals on Monday, November 16, at the MEDICA INNOVATION FORUM (Hall 11, J09 from 3 to 5 PM). They will profit from exclusive business connections and networking possibilites, international visibility through worldwide complimentary marketing campaigns, free development kits, and much more. They will be announced soon.

The registration deadline for free participation in next year`s edition is 9 September 2027 at 23:59 p.m.

MEDICA Start-up Competition

Start-ups working in the fields of AI in medicine, robotics, laboratory diagnostics and resilience (including cyber security) are invited to take part in the 15th 15. MEDICA START-UP COMPETITION.

As well as exclusive networking opportunities and attractive cash prizes, the “Top Medical Start-ups 2026” will have the chance to present their innovations on the MEDICA Main Stage (Hall 12) during the grand pitch final.
