Wearables in sports – yes or no?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Do you run, swim or cycle to relax after work? For the triathlete Sebastian Kienle, winner of the Ironman Hawaii 2014, these three sports are work. And do you use technical aids like wearables to measure your performance? Kienle uses them, but in our interview, he also tells us when he rather listens to the signals from his body than to data.

Stay fit!
