Natvar flexible non-PVC tubing

Natvar introduces flexible TPE-tubing (Thermoplastic Elastomer Tubing) with excellent properties.

There are different shore hardnesses, but all are PVC-free and ph-thalate free and can be made flexible and kink resistant without adding plasticizer (or any other oil).

The tubing offers excellent transparency/clarity and can be sterilized by autoclaving, EtO, gamma and E-beam.

At the same time, the tubing is solvent bondable and can be high frequency welded.

Add to this a superior chemical resistance, good resistance to puncture and tearing as well as good impact properties at low temperatures and you will find this tubing to suit perfectly well in a lot of applications.

Natvar is specialized in medical plastic extrusion for more than 50 years and has 4 medical extrusion plants: one in Europe, two in the USA and one in China.

Flexible tubing applications include intravenous administration, hemodialysis, pressure monitoring, cardiovascular surgery and urinary drainage. Radiation resistant tubing, steam sterilizable tubing, no-dop tubing, silicone replacement tubing or multi-layer tubing structures are available as well.
Also available is a wide range of PP, PE, PETG, EVA, TPE, TPR tubings for catheters & guide wires, micro- pipettes, straws, protection tubes for hypodermic injection needles, connection tubes etc.

Natvar is part of the Tekni-Plex Group with 35 plastic and rubber processing plants in 4 continents.
