HUKUI Advances International Academia–Industry Collaboration with CT Group & Minghsin University

On September 23, Mr. John Hsuan, Chairman of HUKUI, and Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of Vietnam’s CT Group, led delegations to visit Minghsin University of Science & Technology, where the three parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Key initiatives include:

• Minghsin University: Develop interdisciplinary courses to foster globally minded, practice-oriented talent
• CT Group: Provide expert lecturers, funding support, and overseas study opportunities
• HUKUI : Serve as a bridge for value-chain integration and strategic resource sharing

The collaboration will deliver training programs, certifications, academic conferences, student exchanges, internships, graduation projects, scholarships, and preferential hiring—deepening industry–academia partnerships and driving semiconductor & high-tech development.

This MOU underscores HUKUI’s commitment to global talent cultivation and advancing cross-border high-tech cooperation.
