The world's smallest electronic pressure regulator with solenoid valves

Staiger is known in the fluidics world for small, precise and fast solenoid valves with a very long service life.

To demonstrate its expertise in micro valve technology and electronics, Staiger has now developed the world's smallest pressure regulator based on solenoid valves. The pressure regulator measures just L 28 mm x W 12 mm x H 36 mm, fits into a matchbox and consists of two micro valves, each with an outer diameter of 5 mm, the control electronics and the connection block. The pressure regulator is highly dynamic and, thanks to its small and lightweight design, is ideally suited for use on mobile devices or moving applications. Thanks to its simple design, the pressure regulator is comparatively inexpensive and can be easily adapted to customer-specific requirements.
