Sorting thoughts, sharpening ideas, recording results – this was the motto under which the MEDICA MarCom team met with the team from the communications agency beta-web in Bonn for an intensive strategy workshop. The focus was on the strategic development and content planning of the communication channels for MEDICA and COMPAMED leading up to the events in November. New topics, innovative program formats, and networking opportunities at both trade fairs were discussed. The aim is to continuously provide the community with relevant news and in-depth background information on important industry trends and trade fair events.
And because the best stories are still told by people themselves, the team also worked out how key opinion leaders, top speakers from the stage program, and leading decision-makers from the exhibiting companies can be integrated into the communication.
With a sharpened strategy and clear content priorities, the team is now looking ahead to the coming months – for a strong presence of MEDICA and COMPAMED on all channels.
