Adaptive rehabiliation for more precision in therapy

Dear Sir or Madam,

The quicker rehabilitation is completed, the better it is for patients. Individual approaches and plans are needed to ensure that rehabilitation is not only fast but also successful. This is precisely where the Alex 7 Rehab system comes in and automatically adapts to the patient's current condition.

Four operating modes enable targeted support throughout all phases of rehabilitation - from mobilization to load control. For therapists, this means reliable measured values, flexible adaptation and better documentation. For patients, this means an individual, safe path back to resilience. Our use case shows how the system is already proving its worth in everyday clinical and sports medicine practice.

Blood test improves heart risk prediction

Researchers from Chalmers University of Technology and Harvard University have developed a straightforward blood test measuring two specific lipoprotein markers. This test provides a more accurate assessment of heart disease risk compared to traditional cholesterol tests, enabling earlier and more precise preventive measures.

New cell therapy for solid tumors

An international study brings new hope for cancer patients. The phase 1 study conducted by the National Center for Tumor Diseases Dresden shows that the cell therapy IMA203 is also effective against widespread solid tumors such as skin, lung and soft tissue cancer. This opens up new perspectives for patients for whom conventional therapies are often not sufficient. A significant step forward in personalized cancer treatment.

Rehab restructured – with four adaptive modes

“Alex 7 Rehab” is a rehabilitation system that adjusts training intensity and movement parameters in real time. Its four modes – rehabilitation, training, testing, and playback – enable data-driven support across all phases of recovery, from early mobilization to progressive load management. This helps therapists guide the process more precisely and support recovery based on measurable outcomes.
