Customer Invitation Tool

Invite your customers to the fair with voucher codes.

Have you purchased voucher codes for day tickets at the OOS? You can easily send them by e-mail. Your customers can then redeem the voucher codes for a ticket in the ticket shop.

All you need is an Excel list of the customers to whom you want to send a voucher code. The best way to do this is to download our template.

Use the Ticket Voucher Code Manager to see,
  • which voucher code is assigned to which customer,
  • which codes have already been redeemed,
  • how many codes are still available
  • and to cancel codes.

  1. Select the language of the mailing and the code type.
  2. You can use the Excel template to create your recipient list. Fill in all the columns with the contact details of the employees to whom you want to send a voucher code and upload the finished list.
  3. The mailing will be displayed to you in the same way as your recipients will receive it. Directly in the preview, you also have the option of entering a personal text.
  4. Below the mail preview, you can start the mailing. Please do not forget to agree to the data privacy policy beforehand.
  5.  After you have sent the mailing, each employee will receive a personal voucher code for an exhibitor pass by e-mail, which can be redeemed in the ticket shop.
  6.  When the mailing is sent for the first time, the button "Show progress" will appear at the bottom of the configuration screen. By clicking on the button, you can view the current sending status of your mailings at any time.
  7. Please create a separate mailing for each code type.
