The New MEDICA Chatbot

As part of an innovation project, Messe Düsseldorf is currently testing an AI-supported chatbot on the MEDICA trade fair portal pages.

The chatbot helps visitors and exhibitors get quick and easy answers to their questions about the trade fair—whether it's about getting there, the hall plan, exhibitors, or visitor-relevant topics such for the medical technology industry.

The aim of the project is to continuously improve digital services and optimize the user experience on our trade fair portals.
