The following net participation fees have been set for MEDICA 2020. Prices apply as per square metre of floor space.

Island site (4 sides open): € 279.00/m²
Outdoor section: € 166.00/m²

Additional exhibitor passes: € 45.38/each
Includes validity as a public transport ticket to and from the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center free of charge on Rheinbahn, Rhine-Ruhr Regional Transport Network routes (VRR, 2nd class, trains without additional fees in fare zone D, Region South/Süd) and Rhine-Sieg Regional Transport Network routes (VRS, 2nd class, trains without additional fees).

Product Categories in 2020

Bookable for online registration or OOS Online Order System, exhibitor database and catalog is always only the lowest product category level. That means, the 7 major categories are not bookable / clickable. Also not bookable / clickable are some second level categories if there is a third level of product categories below. Then only product categories of the third level are bookable / clickable.

If you can not find your exhibit area in this product category list, please sign up for a related product category. From Mid-June you can insert up to 100 products for each booked product category with terms of your choice, product descriptions and images. The product descriptions are found in the database search, but of course also in the global search engines like Google or Bing.

One product category remains free for exhibitors within the scope of the media fee for entry in the catalog and online database. Free product categories in the level under the booked product categories are not bookable any more.

Online application for new exhibitors

It's the first time that you exhibit at MEDICA? Have you taken part in the past but not at the last edition of MEDICA?

There are two steps to apply for MEDICA 2020:

Please insert your application data online in the application forms.
Then print the filled out forms and send them as an application to Messe Düsseldorf via mail (and/ or fax). Please don't forget to sign and stamp the forms!

TOP Location: The ship will be moored at the berth "Schnellenburg" opposite to the MEDICA faiground.

Price at a minimum stay of 1 night (15. – 16.11.2020):

HOTEL SHIP COMFORT

TOP Location: The berth is located near Theodor-Heuss Brücke Düsseldorf. The exhibition centre is approx. 3 km away (10 min by underground line U78 or 5-minute taxi ride).

Price at a minimum stay of 3 nights:
from 299 € in a cabin for single use
from 329 € in a cabin for double use

Price at a minimum stay of 4 nights:
from 229 € in a cabin for single use
from 259 € in a cabin for double use
