Baar, Switzerland, 7 April, 2011 - me2me, a software company delivering productivity software solutions for enterprise mobility, has announced the closing of its first Series A equity capital increase to the amount of CHF 2.15 million as part of a First Closing. The round was supported by wholly-owned Credit Suisse entity SVC Ltd. for Risk Capital for SMEs ("SVC"), Swisscom (Schweiz) AG ("Swisscom Ventures"), beelk Holding AG ("beelk") with management led by CEO Peter Hauser. A Second Closing is anticipated to take place on 30 June 2011, increasing the Series A figure to approximately CHF 3 million. Exclusive arranger and adviser to the transaction was VPAC Finance. The funds will enable me2me to advance its product development efforts for mobile applications, strengthen sales efforts in the largest single markets such as the United States and Western Europe and to conduct further development work related to the integration of Frisbee into EMR systems.
