CONCORD, Ontario, October 20, 2014 – Vitality Depot will make its formal European and international market debut at MEDICA, the world’s largest annual medical trade fair, November 12-15 in Düsseldorf, Germany. There, the Toronto-area based supplier of health care products to medical clinics will introduce the global patent-pending Posture Medic, a two-handled stretchable device made to both strengthen muscles and improve posture. The all-Canadian company will also showcase Arctic Tape, a new cryotherapy compression wrap for ankle, knee, hand, and other joint injuries.
“Posture Medic is like nothing available before” says Scott Spencer, CEO for both Vitality Depot and its sister distributor company, Scienza. “It is an amazingly simple, yet effective product which every body can benefit from instantly through constructive stretching, strengthening, and postural improvements. We’ve enjoyed overwhelming acceptance of Posture Medic in our limited North American roll-out. Posture Medic is also very attractive to wholesalers and distributors due to exceptionally high gross margins, our company’s outstanding support, and the product’s superb packaging.”
CEO Spencer adds that Vitality Depot’s debut at MEDICA will begin Posture Medic’s worldwide distribution through a network of hand-picked alliance partners.
Similarly, Vitality Depot is looking for wholesalers and distributors of Arctic Tape.
“Imagine cooling an injury with a product that requires no refrigeration or power. Arctic Tape is a cost-effective, flexible cryotherapy compression wrap that is infused by what’s called a hydrophilic, or water-seeking, gel,” explains Spencer. “When Arctic Tape is exposed to the air and applied to a body part, the wrap will immediately start reducing body temperature in that region. The cooling effect is created by evaporation. Compression therapy is also achievable with Arctic Tape by pulling on the wrap during application to create some stretch on the tape which gives constructive compression to the area when needed. Uniquely, Arctic Tape is re-usable, self-adhering, non-toxic, and latex-free, and can be used anytime, anywhere.”
Aside from such benefits to the user, adds Spencer, Arctic Tape has the high margins and instant positive cash flow potential that wholesalers and distributors look for in a new product launch.
