Tautmann Transfer Trolley awarded with IF Design Award & Red Dot

KBB known as an importer for 15 years, gained its first award at Focus Safety Competition of Stuttgart Design Center with the theme of “safety” in 2007 by it's Transfer Trolley of Tautmann. Some of the world famous brands, which got this reward same year were: Mercedes Benz C-Klasse in transportation security; Dunlop-Safety Boots in employee security and Siemens-Double Oven Cooker in interiors.

In 2008, Tautmann Transfer Trolley received IF Design Award, which is one of the oldest and most prestigious design awards of the world. The IF Design jury evaluates the designs according to their design quality, material compatibility, innovation, environmental sensitivity, usability, functionality, worth of brand, universality, esthetic, ergonomics, security, work effort, stability and durability. Nokia, Philips, Samsung, BMW, Adidas are some of the world brands who gained this reward in past years. IF Design Awards is being arranged in Germany for 50 years where 2771 competitors from 35 different countries attended in 2008.

It is also declared that Tautmann Transfer Trolley has been awarded with Red Dot Award, which is one of the most honorable design trademarks in the world, at February, 2008. This year, 3.203 design projects from 52 countries were competed at Red Dot Award where the worlds’ leading brands are being competed for half a century. The products were evaluated according to innovation, functionality and design quality for Red Dot Award, which has a design registration attribute due to its objectivity and reliability. Apple iPod, Lamborghini, Sony VAIO, BMW 3 Series Coupe and Nokia are some of the famous trademarks that received Red Dot.

All products of Tautmann brand are manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO certificated plant in Ankara. With its rigorous R&D department hard at work, the brand already boasts a multitude of product lines, including the Transfer Trolley, the Waiting Lounge, the Transfusion Pole and the Linen Cart.
